Toyota Avanza 2021 Exterior

The Toyota Avanza is a 5-door wagon-style mini MPV. The length of Toyota Avanza 2021 is  4,200 mm. It measures 1,600 mm in width, 2,655 mm in wheelbase, and 180 mm in ground clearance.

The Toyota Avanza’s suspension consists of a McPherson strut with a stabilizer for the front suspension and a multi-link with a lateral control rod for the rear suspension.

The ventilated discs in the front brakes and lead-trailing drums in the rear brakes provide stopping power. The refreshed Avanza retains the traditional front-engine, rear-drive configuration.

Engine & Performance – Toyota Avanza Specification Philippines

The Avanza comes with two engine options. The first is a new generation Dual VVT-i 4-cylinder inline 16-valve DOHC engine, and a new generation Dual VVT-i 4-cylinder inline 16-valve DOHC engine.

The 1.3-liter engine can generate 95 horsepower and 121 Newton-meters of torque, while the 1.5-liter engine can generate 103 horsepower and 136 Newton-meters of torque.

A 4-speed automatic transmission or a 5-speed manual transmission are available with the new engine.

The small MPV can pull itself along with minimal load, but when fully loaded, the 1.5L gasoline engine has to work harder. Furthermore, the 4-speed transmission is adequate for getting the job done, but we should not expect fast shifts.

The interior of the Avanza is more utilitarian than luxurious. There are a lot of rigid plastics, and the seats are upholstered in cotton.

The seats, on the other hand, can be configured in a variety of ways, making the Avanza an excellent family vehicle. There are several cubbyholes inside the car, as well as a slew of cupholders—17 in all.

Since the Toyota Avanza is a budget MPV, it only comes with simple to intermediate car technology for both the driver and the passengers. Powered features such as windows, side mirror changes, steering, and door locks are available on the majority of Avanza models.

Air conditioning is provided by a manual type A/C, with roof-mounted A/C vents in the rear cabin.
